Street Grace and FREEST Announce Merger

February 2025 – Street Grace, a faith-based organization with the mission to end Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) throughout the U.S. has announced services previously offered by FREEST will continue to be provided through Street Grace. This work includes confronting human trafficking by activating students and educators worldwide.

“This opportunity allows us to assemble one of the most significant and knowledgable team of experts working to protect children not just domestically but literally around the world,” said Bob Rodgers, CEO of Street Grace. “This marks a significant milestone in the journey to combat human trafficking, amplifying our impact and expanding our reach.”

Street Grace and FREEST are premier organizations that exist to prevent human trafficking before it happens and reduce demand for the sexual exploitation of children. Founded with a shared commitment to protecting youth, Street Grace has distinguished itself as a leader in prevention, protection, policy, and pursuit. FREEST has been a global leader in activating schools, inspiring students and educators to take action and connect with students worldwide in raising awareness about human trafficking. The organization works across six continents and 31 countries.

“Together, our aligned missions will strengthen our collective ability to address this critical issue worldwide,” said Veronica McDaniel, who founded FREEST in 2022 and will become executive director of global student initiatives at Street Grace. “The mission of FREEST will remain steadfast through this merger, and all previous assets, resources and donations will continue to support the expanded education and prevention efforts of Street Grace.”

Street Grace’s absorption of FREEST programming will allow this essential work against CSEC to continue happening in the most cost-effective way with more dollars going toward programming to positively impact the largest number of children. Both organizations’ journey to help children remains steadfast and will continue until there is an end to CSEC.

“We are thrilled to have Veronica accelerate the mission and vision of FREEST through this collaboration,” said Rodgers. “Joining with Street Grace is amplifying what she’s worked so hard to accomplish with the students we serve and further builds on the foundation she has established.”
