Chances are your church has probably adopted Global communities in Africa, India, Asia, South America or Europe to help with concerns of poverty, safety, health and hope for children.
But, have you adopted an Atlanta community that is plagued with these same epidemics?
The Challenge: to mobilize churches to go on mission into Atlanta communities who have at-risk children
* 5 Priority Areas in Atlanta:
1. Priority Area #1 (NPU’s G, H, I, J) – Northwest Atlanta, Donald Lee Hollowell/Bankhead Pkwy, Bolton Road, I-20 and I-285 area
2. Priority Area #2 (NPU M) – Old Fourth Ward, Sweet Auburn, Downtown
3. Priority Area #3 (NPU’s K & L) – English Avenue, Vine City, Bankhead, Washington Park
4. Priority Area #4 (NPU’s Y & North Z) – South Atlanta, Lakewood Heights, Thomasville
5. Priority Area #5 (NPU’s T, V, X) – West End, Pittsburg, Mechanicsville, Adair Park, Capital View

* 10 Volunteers to assist task force leaders in identifying additional community partners in the greater metro Atlanta area
* 25 Churches assisting to discover Community Partners working tirelessly to build the self-esteem and safety of children in our 5 priority areas in Atlanta.
* 100 Churches mobilized to assist Street GRACE Community Partners
Three Ways to Help:
